Larry Carl Bliss

Larry Carl Bliss, 77, passed away peacefully on August 25th, 2023, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, Missouri. He grew up in Wamego, Kansas and graduated from Wamego High in 1964.

 He is preceded in death by his parents Norman and Viola Jean Bliss.  Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Cherie Bliss; daughter, Katie Wehr (Mark); 4 grandchildren; sister Brenda Mealman of Topeka, Kansas; Bonnie (John) Wiles of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Cousin Rick (Beverly) Adams of Hamilton, Missouri, as well as many nieces, and nephews.

Service will be held on September 23rd at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Liberty, Missouri.  The visitation will be at 1 pm and the service at 2 pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be sent to St. Jude’s Hospital https://www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.htmlor All Nations USA ministry https://allnations.us/give/personal-check-or-bill-pay/
