Letha Jane Bridges

She will be missed dearly by her brothers Jack and Frank Engle, along with their wives Dottie and Sandy; her children, Chip and Sharon Bridges, Ginny and Don Hite, and Carla Greer; her grandchildren Wendy and Craig Bergeron, Kristin Banks, Lisa and Scott Ryan, Lee Hite, Brittany and Tadd Siemer, and Bailey and Josh Erickson; and her great grandchildren Samantha, Alex, and Kaylin Bergeron, Brandon Bridges, Jase, and Brooke Banks, Blake Hite, Brooke Bellos, Maryn, Bridges, Lyle, and Nash Siemer, and Lincoln and Kemper Erickson.

Letha has been reunited in Heaven with her husband, Virgil, her daughter Alice, her brother Don, and her sisters Betty and Louise.

Letha Jane was born May 29, 1931. She was the grand matriarch of her family. She was tough as nails and as sweet as her carrot cake. She fought for each and every person in her family loyally and unconditionally. She was the best friend any of them could ever ask for.

Funeral services to honor Letha will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd, Gate 1, Kansas City, MO 64138. The visitation will be from 9:00am-10:00am and funeral to follow.
