K. White Linda

Linda Kaye (McGowan) White, 78, of the Kansas City Northland, passed away August 10, 2021, at North Kansas City Hospital.

Linda was born June 28, 1943, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, the daughter of Harvey and Ada (Pruitt) McGowan. She was united in marriage to Robert Erwin "Bob" White in 1962, and he passed away to sleep just three days before Linda. Linda was also preceded in death by her sister, Patsy.

Linda worked as a Computer Software Specialist in the IT industry before she retired. She and Bob were members of the Living Church of God for 40 years.

Survivors include children, Steve White (Cecilia), Chris White (Amy), Rebecca White and Jahnelle Seaman (Jay); grandchildren, Inanna, Ashlynne, Brannoch, John, Dev'lan, Cameron, Justice and Marykaye; great granddaughter, Rebecca; a niece and her family, as well as other family members and friends.

Visitation and services for Linda and Bob are as follows: Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, followed by funeral service at 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, August 18, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. Private burial will be at Glenridge Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Living Church of God.
