Lyle Wayne Coulter

         Lyle Wayne Coulter, 71, of Gladstone, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on November 9, 2023.

      Lyle was born November 10, 1951, in Denver, Colorado the middle of three children of Roy and Phyllis (Hanson) Coulter.  He was united in marriage to Theresa Hoytol on May 10, 1975, in Kansas City, Kansas and they are blessed with two daughters and a granddaughter. Lyle worked many years as a Radiation Control Specialist for the state of Kansas, followed by the state of Missouri, and for the last five years as a private contractor before he retired.

        Lyle grew up in Colorado where he developed a lifelong love of the mountains, outdoors, and downhill skiing.

    Lyle leaves his wife of 48 years, Theresa; daughters and sons-in-law, Erin and Bo Zebelean, and Sarah and Bryce Nichols; granddaughter, Lauren Zebelean; father, Roy Coulter; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Larry Kamradt; as well as a nephew, two nieces, and their families.  Lyle was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Coulter; and brother, Douglas Coulter.

          A memorial visitation will be held from 2-4 pm Saturday, November 18, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, Missouri.
