Penelope M. Maggas

Penelope M. "Penny" Maggas, 88, passed away July 21, 2021.  Penelope was born in St. Joseph, Missouri to Theodore and Katherine Maggas in 1933 where she attended schools and graduated from St. Joseph Jr. College.  She was employed by St. Joseph Power and Light Company until retirement.  She and her parents moved to Kansas City in the early 1980's where she was employed by Regal Distributing Company, a family owned company, until retirement in the late 1990's.  She was a lifetime member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.  Penelope was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Leonard Kopulos.  She is survived by her sister Evelyn Kopulos.

Funeral service will be 10AM, Wednesday, July 28 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 12001 Wornall Rd., Kansas City, Missouri 64145; burial in Calvary Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.
