I am so sorry for your loss. Roger had such a warm, calming demeanor and was an amazing person, mentor and boss. On behalf of the DeJuilio family, our prayers are with you.

Ken DeJuilio

Roger was a thinker, a doer, and self-starter. He showed up at my work doorstep in 1991 with nothing in hand but an idea and plenty of know-how. 25 + years later when I retired he had helped build and guide a wonderful business. More importantly he was a good and kind guy. My heart goes out to Carla and family. He will be missed and remembered.

Seth Leadbeater

I truly enjoyed working with Roger and had profound respect for him personally and professionally. He was truly one of kind. I feel lucky to have known him and worked with him. Thoughts and prayers for the family. God Bless.

So shocked to hear about Roger's passing. I met Roger in 2003 at Commerce Bank and reacquainted with Roger after his retirement while playing golf religiously with my dad, Gary. May he Rest in Peace and laugh out loud with the LORD as Roger got the opportunity before the rest of us to meet Jesus. We know he is smiling and is pain-free with his Creator. Prayers for healing and memories for Roger's family.
