Jeffrey R. Mcconnell

Jeffrey Ryan McConnell (Jeff), 40, passed away in Polo, Missouri on February 21, 2021 after a hard-fought illness.

Jeff was born in Kansas City, Kansas on December 4, 1980. He is survived by his daughter Alexzandria McConnell, mother Donna Hoeschele, stepfather Tim Hoeschele, father Bob McConnell and stepmother Kathy McConnell. His siblings are Jenny McConnell, Leslie Cromwell (Mike), Timothy Hoeschele and Andy Hoeschele. Grandparents are Vernon and Donna Keesee and Joe and Linda Hoeschele. Jeff is preceded in death by grandparents Russell and Judith Payton. He had many loving aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was a smart-aleck jokester to all that knew him. He loved the people who were closest to him and especially his daughter, who was his partner-in-crime. He loved animals, enjoyed canoeing and taking road trips. He was a genuine man who was there when you needed him and his loyalty knew no bounds, as well as his sarcasm. He was honest to a fault but you always knew his truth. His spirit will be missed.
