She is survived by her six kids, Marianne (Bob) Truman of Raymore, MO, Cindy McQuerry of Overland Park, KS, Terry (Sandy) McQuerry of Kansas City, MO, Dianne O’Neil of Oak Grove, MO, Linda (Alan) Greer of Oak Grove, and Clay (Janel) McQuerry of Liberty, MO; 13 grandkids, 20 great-grandkids, 2 great-great grandkids, sister-in-law, Becky Leath, and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben McQuerry, brother, Donald Armbruster and sisters, Martha Kathryn DeHoff, and LaVina McMillan, and grandson, Johnny O’Neil.

Eternally grateful to "Mom" McQuerry and the McQuerry family for literally being a lifeline for my sister, Marianne, when she needed it most. Go rest high on That Mountain.

Our condolences go out to the McQuerry family. Betty was a sweet, sweet lady and she will be missed. I’ve got a lot of fond memories of the McQuerry household from my childhood. Betty was always so happy and welcoming, and I can’t remember her not having a smile on her face.

My Aunt Betty was such a loving lady with the biggest good heart. When I was a child I would go stay with my cousins and Betty made me feel special. She just had that quality with everyone. She was always interested in what was going on in my life. I was blessed to have touch my life. Rest In Peace my sweet loving Aunt Betty.
