Melanie Lynnette Beaulieu

July 26, 1967 — February 20, 2025

Liberty, Missouri

Melanie Beaulieu, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2025, at the age of 57, surrounded by her loved ones after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born on July 26, 1967, in Smithville, MO to Elizabeth Anne Yates Salisbury. Melanie’s life was a tapestry woven with love, resilience, and joy.

Melanie attended high school at Oak Park where she made many lifelong friends. After high school, Melanie met and married Timothy Fuller in 1988. Together they became proud parents of three girls: Ashley, Kimberly and Katherine. They raised their family in Liberty, MO. Melanie and Tim were not destined to be together forever.

Melanie met Bruce Beaulieu in 2001 and he worked very hard to win over her heart and the hearts of her children. Bruce and Melanie spent many wonderful years together. And the family gained another girl with Bruce’s daughter Jessica. Bruce and Melanie married with their family and friends in October 2013 and have enjoyed 11 years of devoted marriage.

Melanie had a deep appreciation for the beauty of the outdoors. She was most at home in the water, relishing every moment spent on a boat, in the pool, or basking in the sun at the beach. She loved to nurture her house plants and grow vegetables in her garden. Melanie found joy in listening to and singing music, and cherished the moments spent with her family and friends, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

Melanie's professional journey was as diverse as her interests. She began her career as a young flight attendant, where her love for travel and adventure blossomed. She later transitioned to running a home daycare, where she nurtured not only her own children but also countless others, creating a safe and loving environment for them to thrive. Melanie eventually found her true calling at Gary Crossley Ford, where she made lasting friendships and was known for her warm smile.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Bruce, her sister, Natalie, her children and their spouses: Ashley and Zachary Hazlett, Kimberly and Logan McGeorge, Katherine and Cory Wiggins, and Jessica and Jesse Enfield. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Aurora, Brooklyn, Colton, and Nora, who brought her immense joy and pride.

In her passing, Melanie leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love and compassion. Her family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Aunt Vickie Walker for her loving care, the compassionate team at NorthCare Hospice, and Dr. Seevers at Kearney Primary Care.
