Doris M. Moormann

Doris Marie (Hopper) Moormann was born June 20, 1930, to Nellie Mae Hopper and Vernon B. Hopper.

Doris joined her loved ones in Heaven on January 20, 2021, which was her father’s 116th birthday. Doris had two brothers who she loved dearly: Auther Stanley "Sonny" Hopper and her baby brother Dean W. Hopper. Both brothers have proceeded her in death. Doris had two children by her first marriage: Janice Marie (Ragan) Campbell and Dennis Ragan, who died in 1966. Doris married Harold Moormann in 1970. He was the perfect man for her and they spent many wonderful years together until his death in 2002.

Doris worked for Milgram Food Stores for 30 years. She loved her job and made many lifelong friends. Doris is survived by her daughter; Janice Campbell, and her husband Robert; grandson Keith Daniel Campbell and his wife, Adrienne; two great granddaughters: Marlowe Ragan Campbell and Jackie Wertz; sister-in-law Melba Hopper, and her nieces: Jackie (Hopper) Adamo, Debbie (Hopper) Cripps, Sharon (Hopper) Pichon, Kim (Hopper) Schrio, Kerri (Hopper) Jenkins, and Lisa White; and numerous great nephews, great nieces and loving extended family members.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at Park Lawn Funeral Home, with visitation beginning prior to services at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
