Jolly Lee Morgan

Jolly Lee Morgan, 83, of Liberty, passed away January 6, 2019, at NorthCare Hospice House. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am, followed by a service celebrating Jolly's life at 11:00 am, on Saturday, January 12, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty. Burial will follow at Paradise Cemetery, Paradise, MO.

Jolly was born March 11, 1935, in Koshkonong, MO, one of eleven children of Clarence and Clara (Huff) Morgan. Along with his parents, Jolly was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Alene (Walker) Morgan; twin sons, Larry and Terry, son Jack and son Bill; grandson, Jeremy Steele; eight brothers and two sisters.

Jolly worked for US Gypsum for 34 years. He loved to hunt, fish and had a passion for all sports, especially football and baseball.

Survivors include five children, Alice Reeves (Leo), Sharon Reeves (Larry), Kem Morgan (Tammy), Rob Morgan and Clarence Morgan; 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 am, followed by a service celebrating Jolly’s life at 11:00 am, on Saturday, January 12, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty. Burial will follow at Paradise Cemetery, Paradise, MO.
