Nancy C. Kelly

Nancy Kelly, 75, of Overland Park, Kansas, while surrounded by her family passed away on April 17, 2024 after a short but intense battle with lung cancer, she was a non-smoker.  

Born on August 11, 1948 in Kansas City, Missouri Nancy touched the lives of those around her with her strength, resilience and unwavering spirit.  

She was a retired cosmetologist and business owner.  Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends.  Nancy and her husband Cary were snowbirds to Florida for the past nine years. She lived in a way that, selflessness and generosity knew no bounds, while leaving an enduring mark on the hearts of friends and family.

Nancy joins her grandparents, parents and one sister in heaven and is survived by her loving family, including her husband Cary Kelly, sister Pam White, children Stacy and Ronnie Brooke, Tonya and Steve Meganck, Jason and Amee Kelly, Jacob and Kelli Kelly, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 1PM, with a Celebration of Nancy's life to follow at 2PM, Tuesday, April 23 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

May Nancy rest in eternal peace, free from pain, and may she be remembered for the love and light she brought into the lives of others.
