Allan C. Olson

Allan Claude Olson, 75, passed away on December 19, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. Allan was born on August 27, 1945 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Claude Leonard Olson and Kathryn Ahart Olson. Allan graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School (Council Bluffs, IA) in 1963 and graduated from Omaha University (Omaha, NE) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate & Finance. Allan had a successful 50 year career in commercial real estate brokerage and banking, and was a former partner at Triad Mortgage (Kansas City, MO). He was a huge history buff, sports fanatic and enjoyed traveling. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and keeping up on their activities. He will forever be in our hearts and is terribly missed. Allan is survived by his wife, Margo Olson; his three daughters with Sharon Olson – Whitney Olson Befort, Amanda Olson Young and Abby Olson Hoehn; his sister Ruth Kathryn Olson; his stepson Clint Johnson; his sons in laws, daughter in law, and four grandchildren.
