Penny Louise Frakes

Penny Frakes was born to Donald E. Shaeffer and Levonia B. Dozier- Shaeffer on July 13, 1963. She passed away peacefully on Jan. 27, 2025. 

She was married to Wayne E. Frakes Sr. on July 4, 2001. She leaves behind 4 children: Christina Shaeffer- Farris, Micheal Shaeffer, Kimberly Knight, and Wayne Frakes Jr. along with 11 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Her 6 Siblings: Albert Shaeffer, Connie Bracken, Dona Watterson, Glen Shaeffer, Michael Clark and Sally Collins. 3 Sister In-laws: Diana Tyler of Edwards, MO., Katherine Anderson of Lee Summit, Mo. and Barbara Funmaker of Boscobel, WI. Penny had many Nieces and Nephews that will cherish the memories of time spent with her. GO CHIEFS!
