Dolores K. Pfoltner

Dolores K. Pfoltner (De), 91, passed away December 3, 2021. She was born Dolores Kathleen Nelson on March 27, 1930 at Trinity Lutheran Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. De graduated from Rosedale High School, K.C. Business College and American Airline School. She worked at Bendix Aviation where she met Louis Pfoltner and married in 1954 at Immanuel Lutheran Church. They were married 46 years when he passed away in 2000. They enjoyed traveling and belonged to Sunflower Square Dance Club and Round dancing for 25 years. They belonged to Faith Lutheran Church for 30 years where De served on Altar Guild. She also volunteered at Lee Ann Britain Infant Development Center. She later returned to Immanuel Lutheran Church where she grew up.

De is survived by her 4 children: Kimberly Kirkwood (Scott), Dean (Karna), Dale, and Kelly King; five grandchildren: Andrea (Ben), Mitch, Kayla (Karl), Dustin (Erica) and Grant; six great grandchildren: Addison, McKenna, Paxton, Clara, Levi, and Hazel; and her sister Sandra Tucker (David).
