Mom, I thank God for giving me you to be my mom, and through the years my best friend, I admired your strength and courage through all life’s battles you faced but always willing to help others in need, God called you home and even though my heart hurts to see you one more time, hold your hand, laugh and be with you, I know one day I will , Your free from the disease that took you, until we meet again🙏

Shirley was such a kind and compassionate lady. A friend and Grandmother to all. Even though we were not blood related myself and kids will always remember her as Grandma Shirley. She didn’t know a stranger and always made everyone feel so welcomed and loved. I will miss our visits and wish we would have had more of them. My love and hugs to all of you. Shirley was welcomed through the gates full of loved ones to greet her.

I will see you again when I get there

Grandma Shirley will be greatly missed. Though I haven’t seen her in a few years, I grew up across the street from Big John, Sandy, Nicole and Little John for over 15 years and always saw Shirley visit. She was and always has been a loving and kind person. I know she is in heaven smiling down at us all!

A life is filled with many memories, treasures and keepsakes. May you, her family, hold the moments close to you now as the treasure of her love for you and remember as keepsakes-her touch, her smile and her joy in being near you. Her legacy lives on through you, her children, grandchildren and beloved family. Remember, she is now in Heaven, and one day, when it is your time, you will see her once more. That is God’s promise to all of us. May God bless you, each one, Aunt Sandy, Nicole, John, little Olivia and all who loved her so. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love always, Lisa
