Rebecca (Dietrich) Winands

          Rebecca Ann Dietrich-Winands, 42, of the Kansas City Northland, passed away unexpectedly on September 17, 2023, at her home.

          Rebecca was born September 24, 1980, in Ahmadi, Kuwait. She graduated from high school in Jakarta, Indonesia and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Dallas. Rebecca served in the US Air Force during Operation Enduring Freedom, receiving honorable discharge as Airman First Class on October 1, 2003. 

          Rebecca is united in marriage to Danilo Winands and they are blessed with three children, Emma (10), Max (9), and Vance (7).  Other survivors include her parents, John Davis (Susan) and Eunice Alexandre (Buddy Walton); a brother, Stephen Davis (Kate); as well as other family members and friends.  Rebecca is preceded in death by a sister, Stacy Davis.

          A memorial visitation will be held from 11 am to 1 pm, with military honors beginning at noon, on Thursday, September 28. At Park Lawn Northland Chapel, 1640 North State Route 291, Liberty, MO.
