Ricky Eugene Easley, 64, of Independence, Missouri, passed away on April 28, 2024. He was born on December 12, 1959, in Kansas City, Missouri to Ruby (Wallace) Easley and Doyle Easley. He was the youngest of six children.
Ricky had a large personality and a boisterous laugh that filled the room. He was known for his kindness, helpful nature, and adventurous spirit. Ricky deeply cherished his family, especially his daughters and grandchildren, and the memories made with them.
Ricky is survived by his beloved mother, Ruby Easley; his brothers, Ronny Easley (Judy), Danny Easley (Lynette), Terry Easley (Helen); his sister Linda Ware (John); his daughters Alexis Amos (Eddie) and Jessica Thompson; his grandchildren Levi Amos, Adelyn Amos, Shelby Amos, and Serenity; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Easley, his brother Randy Easley, and his grandson Connor Allen.
Ricky had a variety of hobbies that brought him joy, including following the Kansas City Chiefs, watching movies, listening to music, fishing with his brothers, playing horseshoes in the backyard, and collecting trinkets.
The family will have a private graveside service at Park Lawn Funeral Home in Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Park Lawn Funeral Home.
Ricky will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
