Edna F. Riley

Edna Frances Riley, 88, passed away peacefully at home in Gladstone, MO on June 20, 2022.

Edna was born February 27, 1934, in Oxnard, CA, one of ten children of Oscar and Rose (Beroth) Gregg. Along with her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her first husband of 13 years, Joe Sullivan, and seven siblings. Edna worked 39 years for Tastee, later Metz Bakery. It was there she met her second husband, William "Bill" Riley, and they were married 46 years.
She was a member of Gladstone Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Bill; children, Cindy Stickley (Harry), Judith Brown (Marland), Virginia Gail Burrus, Tammy Weakley and William Riley Jr. (Stacy); 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Edna also leaves a sister, Betty Venus; brother, Jim Gregg; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm, on Saturday, July 16, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. Burial will be at Martin Cemetery, Highlandville, MO.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to World Vision (worldvision.org).
