There are very few words that would work to describe my nana. she was one of the most important people in my life. growing up and staying with her while the big kids went to school doing crafts, watching Carol Duval, putting together puzzles, and going to cargo largo are memories I will forever cherish. anytime no one else wanted to listen she would. I will miss her so much. I still can't believe she will no longer be around to make her dressing for thanksgiving or go garage sale shopping. if you knew her you knew that she was a very warm-hearted woman who touched everyone who crossed her path. I can't wait til I get to see her loving smile again when I join her in heaven. until then I know she is watching down on me and everyone else. I can only hope I can make her proud from down here.

My heart hurts to know Rita has passed. I love her, she accepted and put up with me as a wild child when other preschools and babysitters wouldn’t accept me. Anytime I hear Randy Travis or any old country Christmas music, I think about her and her family. I always complained about how hot food was and she introduced me to one of my favorite treats….cottage cheese! She also got me interested in crafts and especially cake decorating!! She will be missed, I am so grateful to have known her and her beautiful heart, and her good food!! I pray that the family finds peace and comfort in her passing. Love to you all❤️
