“Bob” White Robert

Robert "Bob" Erwin White, 81, of the Kansas City Northland, passed away August 7, 2021, at North Kansas City Hospital.

Bob was born May 13, 1940, in Kansas City, MO, the son of Franklin N. and Edwina (Jones) White. Bob was united in marriage to Linda Kaye McGowan in 1962, and the two were united in sleep when she passed away three days after him. Bob was also preceded in death by two brothers, Steve and Jack.

Bob worked as a Computer Technician for Unisys before he retired. He and Linda were members of the Living Church of God for 40 years.

Survivors include children, Steve White (Cecilia), Chris White (Amy), Rebecca White and Jahnelle Seaman (Jay); grandchildren, Inanna, Ashlynne, Brannoch, John, Dev'lan, Cameron, Justice and Marykaye; great granddaughter, Rebecca; siblings, John, Jill, Betty and Susan; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Visitation and services for Bob and Linda are as follows: Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, followed by funeral service at 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, August 18, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. Private burial will be at Glenridge Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Living Church of God.
