Robert E. "Bob" Marsh

          Robert Edward Marsh, 83, of Hermitage, MO, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2023, at home with Bobbi, his wife of 64 years, at his side.

          Bob was born April 27, 1940, in Clay County, MO, the second of seven children of Harold E. and Marjorie G. (Pence) Marsh. He grew up in North Kansas City and attended North Kansas City High School. Bob worked in hearing aid sales for 30 years before he retired. 

          Bob was united in marriage to Elsie Lucille “Bobbi” Quinn on September 12, 1959, and they were blessed with one son, Randall Eugene “Randy” Marsh.  Along with his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his son Randy, and sisters, Sandra Sheets and Jean Hawkins.

          Survivors include his wife, Bobbi; daughter-in-law, Shelly Marsh; siblings, Judy Whitney (Cary Jones), Donna Witmer (John), Gary Marsh (Andy), and Rick Marsh (Kelly); an aunt, Mary Nash; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

          Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, followed by a service celebrating Bob’s life at 3:00 pm, on Saturday, October 14, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO.
