Marcia L. Roberts

Marcia L. Roberts, born April 15, 1932, succumbed to Alzheimer's on April 1, 2019 surrounded by family. Marcia married Robert E. Roberts on January 1, 1951 and enjoyed 50 years of marriage before Robert passed away. Robert and Marcia loved to travel and take cruises. They also spent many years as volunteers at St. Joseph Hospital. Marcia was a homemaker and best known for her Christmas cookies, especially her Rum Balls, you needed a coke chaser with them.

She was preceded in death by: Margaret Jacobs (Mother), Robert E. Roberts (Husband), Dale Roberts (Son), Gayle Pickett (Sister). She had four children and seven grandchildren: Charles Dale Roberts (Janice), Richard Ellis Roberts (Celene), Jeffery Clarke Roberts (Nancy), Beth Ann Suter (Dave) Anna Thomas (Andrew), Shannon Angwin (Dave), Jessica Roberts, Carly Ragragola (Kelika), Kyle Roberts (Mari), Grant Roberts, Lauren Suter. She also had 5 great grandchildren: Griffin and Oscar Thomas, Mason and Blake Ragragola, and Miya Roberts. There will be a short Graveside service on Friday April 5, 2019 at 2:30PM at Green Lawn Cemetery, 8251 Hillcrest Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
