Julie Lynn Samer, 51, of Belton, MO passed away February 14th, 2020. Visitation will be 1 - 2pm, Friday, Feb 21st at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251Hilcrest Road. Followed by 2pm Graveside Burial in the Green Lawn Cemetery.

Julie Lynn Samer was born June 27, 1968, in Norfolk, Virginia. She was the oldest daughter of Freida G. Hylton & Billy R. Hill. Julie was married to John Bacil Samer for 24 years. She was the mother of one son and three daughters.

Julie is survived by son Richard W. Reynolds, and daughter Jennifer N. Bailey, husband Sean Bailey and grandson Noah Bailey. Also by daughters Christina C. Samer and Stephanie A. Samer. She was also survived by her father Billy R Hill, sister Debra MacDonald, nephew Christopher MacDonald, and nieces Jessica Miller, Andrea Hill.

Julie was preceded in death by her mother Freida G. Hylton.

Julies hobbies included genealogy and quilting. She worked many years for Peterson Manufacturing in Grandview, MO, Followed by working for the IRS in data entry for 10 plus years.Julie was a member of the Sarah Lewis Boone DAR chapter KCMO.

Visitation will be 1-2PM, Friday, February 21 at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Rd.; 2PM burial in Green Lawn Cemetery.
