In lieu of flowers we ask that you honor Bev in a special way! She got her joy from being generous in all aspects of her life. Pay it forward! Tip big, they may have a new baby at home. Give to the homeless guy on the corner with the faith that he needs it more than you. Give a gift card to someone that showed you kindness and concern. Pay for the person behind you in the drive through. Hand out $2 bills to see strangers smile when they say “Merry Christmas”! Be thoughtful of others without concern for yourself.

We also encourage donations to the Lupus Foundation of America. https://support.lupus.org/site/Donation2;jsessionid=00000000.app334b?idb=568337967&df_id=3742&mfc_pref=T&3742.donation=form1&NONCE_TOKEN=F3D92AF1808F851D75BFA47A337554BF&s_subsrc=button_nav_donate&s_src=lupus.org&3742_donation=form1

So sorry to hear of Bev's passing. Betty and family, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Barbara Clark Karlin (hometown Barnard KS)

Went to school with Beverly in Lincoln. She was a great gal. She could tell some stories that would just crack me up. It has been some years since I’ve seen Bev, but I do feel an emptiness in my heart. I know she will be greatly missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with Beverly’ family during this difficult time.

Bev hired me at HeadStart. She loved children and families relentlessly! Bev was just so fun to be around, always looking for the best! Positive! Bev will be missed.

Beverly and I went to high school together. She was such a hoot. I will never forget when we went to see Romeo and Juliet in the theater. Beverly cried for a week. She hung a poster of Romeo in her locker. And every time she open the door she would start crying all over again. I haven’t seen her since high school, but I remember her fondly.

Bev was one of my sister Eleanor’s, best friends. I got to meet Bev, and her mom and sisters at some of their get togethers!!! I will never forget Bev and her families infectious laughter and acceptance of others. I Felt very privileged to have known Bev. I know there is much grief, as she will be missed forever, but please know that Bev will be paying it forward by all of us. Love you all. Terry. 🙏🙏❤️
