Tracy Lynn Schreier

Tracy Lynn (Winslow) Schreier, 63, a longtime Excelsior Springs resident, passed away on April 19, 2022, with loved ones at her side.

Tracy was born February 28, 1959, in Kansas City, MO. She worked many years for the Job Corps in Excelsior Springs. Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, Basil Winslow and Phyllis Ramsey, and a brother Todd Winslow.

Survivors include her son, Trenton Horton; companion for the past 15 years, Chuck McCubbin; step-daughter, Kayla Schreier; five grandchildren; sister, Terry Spero; a nephew, two nieces, and their families.

A memorial celebration will be held from 10:00 am to 12 noon on Saturday, April 23, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO.
