Steven Lee Sebright

Steven Lee Sebright, 72, of Lathrop, MO, passed away January 25, 2022, at Liberty Hospital with loved ones at his side.

Steve was born December 3, 1949, in St. Louis, MO. He was united in marriage to Ann Elizabeth Herring on January 24, 1970.

Steve's career as a Millwright included the Carpenters' Union from 1967-1982, Ford Motor Company in Hazelwood, MO from 1982-2006 and most recently for Ford Motor Company at Claycomo, MO from 2006 until his retirement in 2015. He was a member of the UAW.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Sebright; father, Bill Thoele; and brother, Craig Thoele.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Ann; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Beth Sebright of Chillicothe, IL; grandchildren, Allison and Connor, of Chillicothe, IL; siblings, Michael Sebright of St. Louis, MO; Paula Rae Sebright Hindle of St. Peters, MO; Jeff Thoele of St. Louis, MO, and Jeanmarie Thoele Market of St. Louis, MO; as well as many nieces and nephews. Steve also leaves many longtime friends he loved and enjoyed good times with.

A celebration of Steve's life may take place in the future, however there are no plans at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the charity of the donor's choice.
