Harvey, I just learned of the passing of Susi. I am so so sorry. Susi was such a sweet lady and my heart aches for you and your loss. May you find comfort in the precious memories. Sending love and hugs from my family to you.

Harvey, Sorry for your loss of Susi, you had many wonderful years together and a great family. You were my barber while attending LHS and I have many memories of those years. It was actually some of the best years of my life. Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!

Tony Murfin

Harvey, I just heard of your loss of Susi. I am so sorry. It has been ages since she cut my hair. She did it just like my wife Terry wanted. I lost Terry last June 29, and I can feel the void in my life like you are feeling. If we did not have our Lord in our lives at times like these, we would be destroyed with grief. Walk with our Savior each minute of the day and he will give you the strength to face another day. Love you.

Kenneth Bost

Harvey, you may have given me my very first haircut nearly 65 years ago. You have been associated with my family through my dad, Milburn, and my two sisters, Claudine and Shirley for nearly all of my life. We were deeply saddened to hear about the loss of the love of your life. May the Lord bless and keep you.

So sad to hear of Susi's passing. Sending prayers for comfort and strength to you and your family as you mourn her loss. To quote Winnie the Pooh - "How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard". The love you had for each other was truly a gift to be treasured. Thinking of you!

Harvey, I just learned of Susi's passing and am saddened to know. I hope you recall I was a patron of your barbershop for many years between 1979 and 2004 while we lived in Liberty. I always waited for Susi to cut my hair, as she always did it "just right." She was a great friendly and lovely lady, and you were lucky to have her as your wife. I know you'll miss her greatly and we pray for your strength to carry on. You have to have a mountain of good memories of being with Susi. Take care and I wish you all the best for you and the rest of the family.

We are so sorry to hear of Susi’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with Harvey and family. Our father Harry Mosby went to the barber shop for years. Susi took good care of him. My brother and I had great memories of reading all the comic books while we waited our turn to get a hair cut! We hope you feel surrounded with much love.

I am sadden to learn of Susie's passing. She was such a sweet person. She and Harvey would come to Trail's Inn quite a bit, years ago. They were such a pleasant couple to serve dinner to as well as cut up and tell jokes while they were there. I am sending sympathy to Harvey, all the children, grands and great grands as well as all other family members. susie had a smile that would light up a room. She is resting in the arms of our Lord and Jesus while her smile brightly shines in Heaven.

Harvey: I am so saddened to hear of Susi's passing and going to Heaven. I know she now has peace. I know she was your soul mate and her barber chair was next to yours. All that time she had to listen and put up with your tales. Ha. My wife and I came to Liberty and Clay County in February 1977. We had our place on acreage in Missouri City. I first met you and Susi probably in March 1977. I needed a haircut and found your shop about 1/2 block off the square. I met Susi that day. I know that was the first haircut that she did for me. I did not have another person cut my hair OTHER THAN SUSI for the next 37 1/2 years !!!! No one. I know you tried to get me into your chair, but as I always said, "I'll just wait for Susi". No offense. Ha. She knew my hair style almost immediately and I never changed it over the 37 1/2 years. She would just say, "the regular"? She was the most loving, most sensitive, most caring person in Liberty. She and I would talk and she was interested in me, my job, my wife Linda, my 2 girls and 5 grandchildren. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. I am strengthened to think she's in heaven and already cutting hair. She truly was the best. I will miss her and she was a very special person to you, your children, grandchildren, and all the Liberty folks she touched. We all will miss her dearly. Rocky

We are thinking of you Harvey and grieving with you. Susi was an impactful person in her kind and joyful way. I have so many memories of her as our boys waited for haircuts and experienced the genuine hospitality of Liberty, our small town square, and the stories only Harvey and Susi could tell. Opportunities to interact in this way with genuinely good people are a blessing for our young people. Susi and her smile will stay with us always. All our best

Karen and Mark Mathes

I am so sorry to hear of Susi’s passing. Sending prayers to Harvey and family. Wayne went to barber shop thru out the years. Wayne,s passing also has a changed my life. I know Wayne always had a story when he came home after a hair cut. We had many good times around Liberty with car shows and cruise nights and meeting up with friends including Harvey and Susi. So sorry for your loss. Patty Kitchen, Kearney

Very saddened to learn of Suzi’s passing. Harvey I know you are in great pain as you grieve the loss of your wife and very best friend! Suzi had such a beautiful smile and incredible personality! You are a lucky man to have had such a life!! The Lord will keep her now until someday when we’re able to join her again. Love you and praying for you.

Charles Small

Very sorry to hear about Susi's passing and my deepest sympathies go out to Harvey, the family, and her many many friends! I was lucky enough to get to know her very well, Harvey is my uncle and she started cutting my hair at the shop a long time ago, Harvey used to but she was much better looking than Harvey (sorry Harvey). I'll never forget the time I went into the shop early one morning for a haircut; Claude Parrish was in Harvey's chair, I got up in Susi's chair. I noticed an attractive well dressed lady waiting, Susi introduced me to Donna Douglas (Elly May from the Beverly Hillbilly's). Needless to say I was stunned, she was dating Claude at the time. I know I'll miss her very much!

Bruce Stevenson

So sorry for your loss. Prayers for you all.

Am sorry to hear of Susie passing. She was truly a great person and friend. She and Harvey were very supportive and encouraging years ago when I passed out in one of their barbershop chairs due to a medical condition that I was unaware of. We now live in Wellington Kansas and have many good memories of both Suzy and Harvey. We pray for Harvey and the kids.
