Kaye L. Shaffer

Kaye Louise Shaffer, of Kansas City, MO,72, passed away with her family by her side, March 1, 2019. Kaye was born on May 19, 1946, the daughter of the late Elsie and Louis Langel, youngest sister to Nancy Klein (Shawnee, KS.) and Larry Langel (Fairway,KS).

Kaye was a daughter, sister, aunt, friend, but most importantly she was a wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was her greatest accomplishment and her greatest joy.

She is survived by her husband, of thirty years, Thomas D. Shaffer and children Susan (John) Delgado, Jamie (Jim) Deberry, Joe ( Dayna) Breitenstein, Nicole (Dan Dunbar) Breitenstein, Paul Shaffer, Jonathan (Kristen) Shaffer and her ten grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9-10AM, Saturday, March 9 at Park Lawn, 8251 Hillcrest Rd.; 10AM graveside service at Memorial Park Cemetery.
