Carl Curtiss Shull, 53, of Belton, passed away August 12, 2019. Visitation will be held from 9-10 am Saturday, August 24, at the Park Lawn Chapel, 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, MO 64138. Graveside services with military honors will follow at 10:30 am in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation or Midwest Transplant Network.
Carl was born May 4, 1966, in Leavenworth, KS, the son of Clair Curtiss and Joan (Graham) Shull. His parents preceded him in death. He graduated from Hickman Mills High School in 1983. Carl served his country in the U.S. Army from 1984 until receiving honorable discharge as SP4 on May 5, 1987. He worked for and made many friends at Belton and Lee’s Summit Jimmy John’s.
Survivors include his daughters, Amber Stone (Randy), Darcie Clutter and Jessica Johnson (Roy); grandchildren, Corey, Madison, Jasmin, Landon, Gunner, Maranda, Amelia and Randi; sisters, Yvonne Shull and Myrna Ward (Randy); three nieces and their families, as well as other family members and friends.
