Frances L. Smith

Frances L. (Glass) Smith, 87, passed away February 17, 2021. Frances was born February 5, 1934 in Kansas City, MO to Earnest and Eda Glass. She graduated from Raytown High School and attended Kansas City Junior College. Frances retired as a Kansas City Municipal Court Clerk after 20 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Harold Smith. Survivors include her sister Martha Russell, sister Rosi Skivers (Harold, Jr.), nephews, great nieces, great great nieces and nephews, stepchildren and stepgrandchildren. A farewell to a loving and gentle soul.

Visitation 12PM, service 1PM, Tuesday, February 23 at Park Lawn, 8251 Hillcrest Rd.; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
