Barbara Spicer

Barbara Lee (Walker) Spicer, 74, of the Kansas City Northland, went to be with her Lord and join her husband Jack in Heaven October 18, 2021, at her home.

Barbara was born August 1, 1947, the eldest of two children of Charles Edwin and Wanda Maxine (Leftridge) Walker. She grew up in Kansas City, Kansas. She was united in marriage to Jack Oliver "Butch" Spicer, Jr. in April, 1987. Barbara worked for Goodwill Industries in the Kansas City Northland before she retired.

Barbara was very creative, loved to decorate and was an amazing cook. Above all, she loved family time.

Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Spicer. She leaves her daughters, Michelle Gaddie (Steven deceased) and Rebecca Knight (Richard); grandchildren, Brittany, Justin, Kyle and Kaira; great grandchildren, Devaira and Huntley; and a brother, Michael Walker.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 22, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Excelsior Springs, MO.
