Susan Gorman

Susan Gorman, 61, died quietly on September 11, 2024. Susan was born on September 15, 1962, in Independence, Missouri to Richard and Beverly Newport. She graduated from Truman High School in 1980. Susan married Dennis Winton in 1980 and had a son Dustin Winton. In 1986 she married Mark Gorman, and they had Sean Gorman in 1987. Her family remember her as funny and headstrong, always returning to her religious upbringing in times of turmoil and crisis.

She is preceded in death by her father Richard Newport and nephew Tyler Siebenmorgen.

Susan is survived by her mother, Beverly McGrath, sister, Dana Gicinto, sons, Dustin Winton and Sean Gorman and eight grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled for September 28, 2024, at 12PM at Park Lawn Funeral Home at 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64138, with services and burial to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Susan's life with her family.
