Earl Harland Templeton, 57, of Richmond, MO, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2022, with loved ones at his side.

Earl was born May 13, 1964, in Patuxent River, Maryland. He grew up in the Kansas City Northland and attended North Kansas City High School. His career as a heavy machine operator spanned nearly 20 years for Metals USA. In his free time, Earl loved riding his two Harleys, deer hunting and fishing. Earl and Donna lived for their vacations and traveled to many wonderful destinations.

Earl met Donna Kay Roark on May 6, 1987 at Waterworks Park in North Kansas City. They have been together 35 years. Along with Donna, Earl leaves his sons, Joshua Templeton and Jacob Templeton; and grandchildren, Annalyssa, Khloe, Jace, Jaymeson and Isabelle; his mother, Sharon Sherfey (Bernard deceased); step-mother, Helen Templeton Pittman; siblings, Chris Templeton (Liz Dykes), Doug Templeton (Tonya) and Shelly Templeton; sister-in-law, Sherri Power (Jeff); brother-in-law, John Stevenson; as well as other family members and many friends. Earl was preceded in death by his father, Charles Earl Templeton.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, followed by a service celebrating Earl's life at 1:00 pm, on Monday, May 9, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, a gofundme account has been established at https://gofund.me/d8959bea. Donations to the fund will be used for funeral expenses and will be greatly appreciated.

Service Information
