Joan Vincent

Joan (Harris) Vincent, 89, a longtime Excelsior Springs resident, passed away November 10, 2021, at Redwood of Cameron, MO.

Joan was born September 24, 1932, in Liberty, MO, one of five children of Lester and Georgia (Baker) Harris. Along with her parents, Joan was preceded in death by brothers, infant Raymond, Clarence Robert and George Harris, and sister, Frances Jean Harbaugh.

Joan retired from the Job Corps in Excelsior Springs. She was a member of Flack Memorial Church in Excelsior Springs.

Survivors include her children, Judy Firth, Larry Vincent, David Vincent, Bill Vincent, Terry Vincent (Katrina) and Roger Vincent; grandchildren, Angelica, Donald, James and Chasity; and six great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by a service celebrating Joan's life at 11:00 am, on Tuesday, November 16, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. Burial at Glenridge Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
