Patricia B. Voyles

Patricia Belle (Kelly) Voyles, 90, of Raytown Missouri passed away peacefully on August 24, 2020 in Lees Summit Missouri under her daughter’s care, surrounded by her children, grandchildren and other family members.

Services will be held on August 31, 2020 at Park Lawn Funeral Home’s South Chapel in Kansas City MO, 8251 Hillcrest Rd. Visitation will be at 9:30 AM followed by the funeral service at 10:30 AM; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Patricia was born on April 23, 1930 in Kansas City Missouri. She was the daughter of Ralph and Violet (Cleeton) Kelly. As a child, Patricia lived in Barstow California. She graduated from Barstow High School and shortly later moved back to Kansas City where she met her future husband, Roy Voyles. Wed in 1948, Patricia and Roy were married for 53 years before Roy’s passing in 2001. They moved to Raytown in 1964.

Patricia enjoyed dancing, swimming and her job as an Avon representative where she earned many awards over a 46-year career with Avon.

Pat, as she was known by her friends and family, had a lifelong love of all animals. She had many pet companions she loved dearly, especially her dogs.

The guiding light of her life was her strong Christian faith. She shared and lived her faith with everyone around her throughout her life.

Pat will be greatly missed by her 4 children, Kathleen (Voyles) Stone, Donna (Voyles) Bressman, Lori (Voyles) Ashley, Patrick Voyles, her brother, Basil Baxter, her sister, Gwen Pope, 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
