Walter Bolden

Walter J. Bolden was born October 14, 1943, to the union of Oscar and Essie Bolden of McNeil, Arkansas. Both of his parents preceded him in death. Walter moved to Kansas City in his youth and spent the rest of his life as a resident of Kansas City, Missouri.

 Walter enjoyed playing in a bowling league for over 20 years and enjoyed softball and participated in a softball league. He also loved to travel out of town to visit family and attend family reunions. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his beloved granddaughters.

 Walter J. Bolden departed this life on September 20, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Walter (Rachel) Bolden, Jr., daughter Janice (Daryl) Haley, both of Kansas City; three grandaughters, Jessica Bolden of Kansas City, Jasmine Bolden,and Alexis Bolden of San Antonio, TX; one great grandaughter, Jazlynn Robinson, three sisters, Ruby Bolden, Cathy Bolden, Regina Garrington (Brenda); one brother Reggie (Brenda) Bolden and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
