Clyster Paysinger Young Watkins, 88, of Liberty, MO and a former lifelong resident of Corinth, MS, joined her Lord and Savior on October 27, 2022 at Valley Manor in Excelsior Springs, MO.
Clyster was born March 23, 1934, in Corinth, MS, the younger of two daughters of George and Florence Windham Paysinger.
Her career as a bookkeeper in the car dealership business began when she was a junior in high school and spanned until three years ago when she retired from Brose Autoplex in Corinth. Clyster was a member of Grace Bible Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, Clyster is preceded in death by her first husband and father of her three daughters, William Euclid Young; second husband, Paul Dean Watkins; daughter, Angela Dianne Young; sister, Bonnie Paysinger Hall; and son-in-law, Stanley Kiddy.
Survivors include her daughters, Vicki Young Kiddy and Jan Young Hiegert (Benny); and son, Paul David Watkins (Michelle). She was Nanny to her grandchildren, Cory Holmes (Michael), Morgan Wilson (Brandon), Chase Warren, Kinsey Higham (Justin), Cody Watkins (Erika), Taylor Watkins and McCoy Watkins; nine great grandchildren, as well as other family members and friends.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, followed by a memorial service at noon, on Wednesday, November 16, at Grace Bible Baptist Church, 2109 North Polk Street, Corinth, MS. Pastor Donald Sculley will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the church. Private burial at Henry Cemetery.
