Jr. James Andrew “Andy” Wiggins

James Andrew "Andy" Wiggins, Jr., 53, of Kearney, MO, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2019, at home with family at his side.  Visitation will begin at 12:30 pm, followed by a service celebrating Andy's life at 2:00 pm, on Sunday, February 3, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty.  Burial with military honors will follow in Glenridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to his daughters (c/o Shelbie Ruark) would be very much appreciated. Donations may be left at the funeral home or sent to Shelbie at 2123 Orchard Place, Kearney, MO 64060.

Andy was born November 4, 1965, in Ramapo, NY. He served in the U.S. Army from 1983 until receiving honorable E-4 discharge in 1990. He began his 26-year career with FedEx Freight as an over-the-road driver in 1992, and worked until his health no longer permitted.

Andy was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Lucha; adoptive mother, Terry Eisenbise; and adoptive father, James Wiggins, Sr. Survivors include his daughters, Shelbie Ruark, Haley Ruark and Skylar Wiggins; granddaughter, Blakely Wilcox; father, Vincent Tortorano, Sr.; siblings, Tammy Szilva (Jonathan), Vincent Tortorano, Jr. (Celene), Reni Foreman (Bobby) and Natasha Grosso; mother-in-law, Brenda "Nannie" McNeely; many nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends, including his best friend and mother of his girls, Jennie Parsons. Family and friends meant everything to Andy.

Visitation will begin at 12:30 pm, followed by a service celebrating Andy’s life at 2:00 pm, on Sunday, February 3, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty.  Burial with military honors will follow in Glenridge Cemetery.
