Barbara Jean Williams

Barbara Jean (Goodman) Williams, 70, of Gladstone, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 28, 2022 at her sister Cyndi's home.

Barbara was born February 5, 1952, in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of William W. Goodman and Evelyn (Parton) Goodman. Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Williams; sisters, Judy Webb and Dixie Williams; and nephew, Michael Webb.

Barbara leaves three sisters, Odea Lara, Cyndi Grooms and Joyce Goodman. She was Aunt Bobbie to her nieces and nephews, Tammy Webb, Teecha Webb, Tina Jackson, Gidget Williams, Lori Smith, Stacy Bravard, Christina Parrick, Tonya Goodman, Chris Suddarth, Joshua Grooms, Derrick Grooms, Stephanie Grooms, Jesica Grooms, Chet Chaney, Jayme Goodman, Breeann Goodman and Zachory Goodman; and many great nieces and nephews including Drake, Shaylee, Bryce, Aaleayah, Corbin and Cody who were like grandchildren.

Barbara was blessed with a heart of gold and backbone of steel. She was greatly loved by all, including her fur babies!

Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, followed by a service celebrating Bobbie's life at 6:00 pm, on Wednesday, April 6, at Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at State Route 291, Liberty, MO. A graveside committal will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, April 7, at Terrace Park Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
