Barbara Lee Wilson

Barbara Lee Wilson, 83, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2021, in her home surrounded by her family. Barbara was born September 25, 1937 in Kansas City, Missouri to Ralph and Marcella (Frederick) Roberts. She was a dedicated educator in the Fort Osage School District for over 40 years. After retirement, she and her husband Donal enjoyed spending time during the winters in the Winter Haven Community in Pharr / McAllen, Texas.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donal Wilson, her sister Patricia Adams, her brother in law Richard Adams and her uncle Frank Fredricks. Survivors include her son Randy Wilson and wife Pam; son Richard Wilson; son Matthew and his wife Agnes; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Rosary at 10 AM, followed by visitation with Mass of Christian burial at 11AM, on Thursday, August 5 at St. Robert Bellarmine, 4313 MO-7 Hwy, Blue Springs, Missouri; burial in Six Mile Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Missouri State Teachers Foundation (mostf.org/donate).
