Mary E. Witt

Mary Elaine Crooks Witt was born on April 8, 1957 in Kansas City, Mo. She was born to William P. and Mary Ellen Crooks. She attended St. Teresa Academy where she made many lifelong friends. Mary never met a stranger! She was outgoing, vivacious and hard working. She worked many years in the food industry, serving, managing, and opening many famous restaurants in Kansas City. Mary loved entertaining and was quite a star in the kitchen. She started her own catering business that was quite successful. Later, Mary decided to follow in her father's footsteps, and went to Molle Toyota She was quite successful. She won numerous awards being salesperson of the month many months in a row, She was also a great inspiration to the younger sales force. Mary never slowed down. As her knees deteriorated, she kept going. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ellen and Bill and her brother John, She leaves her sons, Chris and Philip, her siblings, Patty, Kathy, Martha, and brother, Bill. A memorial service will be held October 15, 12:00 pm, at Park Lawn Funeral Home, 8251 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, MO.
