Marta Zucca

January 31, 1959 — August 18, 2020

Marta Zucca of Lawson, MO passed peacefully on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Marta was born January 31, 1959 to Herb & Opal Zucca of Independence, MO. Marta leaves behind a daughter Kayla Happy (husband Josh), two grandchildren Nevaeh and Hunter. Mother Opal Zucca, brother Wyatt Zucca, sisters Colette Kingston (husband Chuck) and Keisha Zucca (husband William), plus countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by father Herb Zucca and brother Tim Zucca.

Services will be held at Park Lawn Northland Chapel (816-781-8228), 1640 Route 291, Liberty, MO on Friday, August 21. Family will receive visitors from 2 - 3 p.m. with Celebration of Life service beginning at 3. Due to COVID restrictions, there will be limited seating available for the service. Burial at Brooking Cemetery, Raytown, MO.

Because we are celebrating her life, feel free to wear your favorite cowboy boots and jeans. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to KU Cancer Center. Additional details may be found on her Facebook page.
